Commercial Roofing Sales Representative
Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience | Competitive Salary + Commission
Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems since 1972. We're looking for a Sales Representative to prospect, build relationships, and close commercial roofing and waterproofing opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Perform prospecting activities to create new opportunities
- Utilize solution selling to close business based on value, not price, with a variety of end-users
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for owners and property managers before, during, and after projects
- Complete ongoing sales, service, and industry training to sharpen skills
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with heights and ladders
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Nice to Have
Commercial roofing application or sales experience
Public speaking, debate, or prospecting experience
Above-average knowledge of business suite software
